Context
AI Ops has matured. Conversational virtual network assistants now answer 'why is the WiFi slow' in plain language. Digital experience twins simulate user connections continuously, catching configuration errors before users connect. Autonomous operations handle VLAN misconfigurations, RADIUS failures and firmware compliance without ticket creation. The result is a network that runs itself, with the IT team reviewing actions rather than chasing complaints.
At the same time, networking has shifted from CapEx hardware refresh cycles to subscription models that bundle hardware, software, deployment, refresh and support into one monthly fee. CFOs prefer the predictability. IT teams prefer the simplicity. The choice between CapEx and subscription is now a financial decision, not a technical one. We deliver both, on the same AI Ops platform.
Natural language troubleshooting through a virtual network assistant
Continuous validation of user experience without users present
Single AI native platform across the full network edge
Single monthly fee, or buy outright with managed services
Who we serve
We work with organisations whose IT teams are drowning in WiFi tickets and want AI Ops as the operating layer, and with leadership teams that prefer predictable monthly subscription pricing over CapEx hardware refresh cycles.
What we deliver
WiFi, AI Ops, digital twins, location services and unified network edge management. Available as traditional CapEx with managed services, or as a single monthly subscription.
01 · WiFi Design and Deployment
Most WiFi performance issues trace to design rather than hardware. Coverage gaps that survive a desktop survey, channel planning that ignores the building fabric, capacity assumptions based on user counts rather than device density, voice and video QoS as afterthoughts. The result is a WiFi network that works on day one and degrades from there.
We design WiFi to current standards including WiFi 6, 6E and 7 with site survey, predictive modelling, channel and capacity planning, voice and video QoS, IoT segmentation, guest network policies and zero trust integration. Deployment includes cabling, mounting, configuration, integration with existing identity and SD-WAN, and post deployment validation against measurable service level expectations.
02 · AI Ops Operations
Network operations has historically meant memorising CLI commands and chasing dashboards. The IT team that knows your network leaves, and the new team takes months to ramp. AI Ops with a conversational assistant flips the model. Network state is queryable in plain language, root causes are identified automatically, and most issues resolve themselves before users notice.
We operate your network through an AI Ops platform with a conversational virtual network assistant. Your team asks questions in natural language and gets ranked answers with recommended actions. The AI engine identifies anomalies, traces root causes across wired, wireless and WAN, and remediates the issues you authorise it to handle. Issues that need human action arrive ranked, with context, in a single dashboard.
03 · Digital Experience Twins
Reactive troubleshooting starts when a user complains. By that point the issue has affected business and the team is in firefighting mode. Digital experience twins simulate user connections continuously, validating that the network and applications work from a user perspective at every site, every hour, every day.
Digital experience twins simulate user authentication, DHCP, DNS, ARP, gateway connectivity, application reachability and voice and video performance against real services. Validation runs on schedule and on demand. Failures trigger automated investigation that scopes the impact across site, switch, VLAN and application, and surfaces a ranked action. The team finds and fixes issues before users notice.
04 · Unified Network Edge
Networks fragmented into separate wired, wireless and WAN tools spend their time arguing across teams about whose problem an issue is. Unified AI Ops eliminates the silos by treating the network edge as one fabric, with consistent service level expectations, anomaly detection and remediation across switching, WiFi and SD-WAN.
We unify wired, wireless and WAN operations under one AI Ops platform with consistent service level expectations, ranked anomalies and proactive remediation. Switch port issues, WiFi coverage gaps and WAN latency degradations all surface in the same dashboard with the same root cause analysis. The team operates one network, not three.
05 · Location and IoT
Indoor location and IoT enablement traditionally required parallel infrastructure beside the WiFi. Modern access points integrate Bluetooth Low Energy radios, IoT segmentation and asset tracking into the same hardware footprint, with the same management plane and the same AI Ops engine.
We deliver indoor location services, asset tracking and IoT enablement through the same access points that run the WiFi. Patient flow in healthcare, retail customer journey analytics, manufacturing asset tracking, contactless visitor wayfinding, IoT device segmentation and onboarding, and proximity engagement for retail and venue use cases. All managed through the same dashboard, with no additional hardware footprint.
06 · Network as a Service
Networking has historically been a CapEx hardware purchase with separate licensing, separate installation, separate support contracts and a hardware refresh cycle every five to seven years. Subscription models bundle all of this into one monthly fee per location or per square metre, including hardware refresh, software updates and ongoing support.
We offer two billing models for the same service. Traditional CapEx, where you buy the hardware and we deliver and manage. Or network as a service subscription, where one monthly fee covers hardware, software, deployment, monitoring, support and refresh. Existing networking equipment can be bought back at fair market value and credited against your subscription. Clean OpEx with the same operational outcomes as CapEx, accounting treatment aligned to IFRS 16 lease standards where appropriate.
Why CloudCoCo
What sets our delivery apart, in measurable terms.
