Russell Bristow has been named as the IT transformation and digital procurement group's director of commercial strategy, while Deep Toor joins as director of revenue and growth.
CloudCoCo, the leading enterprise IT transformation and digital procurement group, has announced two senior appointments to support its next phase of growth.
Russell Bristow has been appointed director of commercial strategy, while Deep Toor takes on the role of director of revenue and growth.
Both executives join CloudCoCo from Ampito Group, where they were part of the founding team and played an important role in building the commercial operation that established the firm as one of the UK's leading technology solutions providers.
Bristow brings more than 20 years of IT channel experience to the business. He previously served as chief revenue officer at Ampito, where he specialised in scaling commercial operations and building high-performing sales teams.
Toor is an experienced sales performer and leader with a substantial track record of driving revenue growth across the cloud, cyber security and networking sectors, particularly within the highly regulated financial services industry.
In his new role as director of commercial strategy, Bristow will lead the group's commercial roadmap, focusing on helping mid-market and enterprise customers simplify their IT operations and navigate a fast-changing IT procurement market.
As director of revenue and growth, Toor will focus on accelerating direct, high-margin B2B sales and expanding CloudCoCo's national and international customer base.
He will also use the group's extensive e-commerce experience to bring consumer-style automation and simplicity to corporate IT buyers through CloudCoCo's procurement platforms.
The appointments come at an important time for the group following a comprehensive corporate restructuring that streamlined CloudCoCo into a lean, debt-free business.
The new hires support the continued development of the group's modern service portfolio and its refined, technology-first approach to market. CloudCoCo continues to invest selectively in technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
AI-enabled tools are already being used for the real-time curation of a catalogue containing 250,000 stocked IT products, end-to-end ERP automation for customer and supplier invoice processing, and third-party marketplace development.
Further applications are being evaluated to improve product discovery, customer support and other operational agentic AI use cases.
With a simplified operating model and strengthened balance sheet in place, the group is adding experienced leadership to support the growth of its B2B market position across both divisions.
Simon Duckworth CBE DL, non-executive chairman of CloudCoCo, said: "We are entering a transformative chapter for CloudCoCo. Having successfully streamlined our operations, our focus is now purely on scale.
"Bringing in talent of Russell and Deep's calibre, individuals who have already proven they can take a business and drive it to the top of the UK IT sector, is a major statement of intent. Their experience is exactly the blueprint we are looking to follow as we target our next revenue milestones."
Russell Bristow said: "CloudCoCo has a fantastic foundation and a lean, agile structure that is ready for significant growth.
"I am excited to apply the lessons learned from scaling IT reseller operations to help CloudCoCo become the go-to partner for enterprises seeking efficiency and innovation."
Deep Toor said: "There is a huge amount of energy and drive at CloudCoCo right now.
"The business has a clear and ambitious path to market leadership, and I look forward to working with the team to turn that ambition into results for our shareholders and customers."
The appointments follow CloudCoCo's recent trading update, which highlighted a return to profitability and a refined focus on high-margin, direct B2B technology procurement.
