Connect your sites and run your applications

Network, Datacentre & Cloud

Business applications depend on more than the software itself. People need reliable access, suitable hosting and enough capacity to work. CloudCoCo helps you plan site connections, networks, cloud platforms and data centre services around your applications.

You might be opening a site, replacing ageing equipment, moving applications or preparing for growth. Start with what the business needs to keep running and where connections, hosting or capacity need to improve.

Designing, building and managing your infrastructure

We help plan, build and operate the connections and platforms that keep applications available to your people. That can mean connecting a new site, improving WiFi coverage, moving workloads to the cloud or reviewing where existing systems should run. We consider the links between these decisions, including application dependencies, capacity, access and recovery requirements.

Our work can include surveys and design, equipment and circuit provision, migration planning, implementation and ongoing management. Cloud and datacentre choices can combine public cloud, private environments and colocation, where your equipment is housed in a partner datacentre. For AI workloads, we help specify the compute, networking and storage around the model and the way it will be used.

What needs to change in your infrastructure?

People cannot depend on their connection

Review the route from the user’s device to the application: local WiFi and switching, site connectivity and remote access. This helps separate a coverage or capacity problem from an issue elsewhere in the service.

You are reviewing where applications should run

Consider public cloud, private infrastructure and data centre options against performance, data location, cost and recovery needs. Plan dependencies and the move itself so that a hosting decision also accounts for business continuity.

You are adding sites or planning for growth

Assess the capacity and management needed as usage grows. Agree how connectivity, hosting, security and ongoing operation fit together, including the responsibilities retained by your team.

Does your AI work need different infrastructure?

Using a hosted AI assistant is different from building or running your own models. Some model workloads need specialised computing, large volumes of data and faster connections between systems. Others do not. Establish the workload and expected use before choosing AI infrastructure; for help adopting tools in everyday work, see AI Enablement.

Connectivity

Connect sites, people and cloud applications. Assess circuits, access and resilience against your locations and the services the business relies on.

We help select suitable circuits and carriers, connect sites and cloud platforms, and manage traffic across them. SD-WAN can coordinate connections between locations, while secure access services can control how remote users reach applications. The design takes account of availability, performance and the locations you need to serve.

WiFi & Network Edge

Survey and design wireless and wired networks around coverage, capacity and device access. Monitoring helps identify where the user experience needs attention.

Work can start with a site survey to understand coverage, capacity and the demands of voice, video and connected devices. We design and deploy WiFi and switching, separate access for staff, guests or devices where needed, and use monitoring to investigate problems and guide agreed operational actions.

Cloud & Data Centre

Choose and manage public, private or hybrid cloud and data centre services. Plan migration, recovery, costs and responsibilities around each application.

We assess workloads and dependencies, design the target environment and plan migration, including cutover and rollback. Services also cover cloud cost management, backup and disaster recovery, and reviews of existing virtualisation platforms. Hosting choices are considered against the application, control and recovery needs of the business.

AI Infrastructure

Plan the computing capacity, storage and networking for building or running AI models. Base capacity decisions on the workload and expected use.

We help design GPU compute, networking and storage for training models or running them in use. The work can include how jobs are scheduled, capacity is monitored and access to models and data is controlled. Deployment options depend on the workload, including private cloud and on-premises environments.

Describe the change your infrastructure needs to support

Ask about a connection, a site, a migration or an AI workload, or request a quote. A short note about the locations, applications and timing will help start the conversation. We can also discuss the support needed after a project.

Use the "Ask a question…" field to outline what you need. We can then discuss the details with you.
