IT procurement, consultancy and managed support

Source, Advise & Operate

Sometimes you know what to buy. Sometimes you need help deciding, delivering a project or keeping IT running. CloudCoCo offers procurement, consultancy and managed support as three routes you can use separately or combine where it makes sense.

Start with the work you need done and the capacity you already have. Agree what you need to buy, which project tasks need help and who will provide ongoing support.

Support from purchasing through to daily operations

We help with three different needs: sourcing technology, bringing in specialist expertise and running IT. Procurement work covers equipment, software and licensing, with help around ordering and deployment. Consultancy provides assessments, recommendations and people to deliver projects. Managed services provide ongoing support for users and systems, with responsibilities agreed around your organisation.

You can use these services separately or connect them around a change. For example, a device refresh may need purchasing, rollout and support once the equipment is in use. An internal team may need a consultant for a project and additional operational support afterwards. We can work with your team to define the requirement, the handover and who will own each part of the service.

Choose the support you need

Source: buy and manage the technology

For device refreshes, software renewals or infrastructure purchases, specify what you need and how it will be used and supported. Procurement and lifecycle services can help organise supply, deployment needs, replacement and disposal.

Advise: make a decision or deliver a project

Get help assessing your current IT, comparing options or planning a project. Specialist project capacity and security leadership advice can support your team where skills or time are limited.

Operate: arrange ongoing IT support

Choose fully managed support or a co-managed arrangement alongside your internal IT team. Define who handles user issues, monitoring, maintenance and escalation, so responsibilities are clear before the service starts.

Make the handover clear

A purchase does not automatically include installation or ongoing support. A project also needs a clear point at which the work is accepted and handed over. Discuss what is included, who owns each task and what happens afterwards. This gives you a more useful basis for comparing proposals and planning the effort your own team will need.

Hardware & Software

Source devices, infrastructure and software, review licences and plan renewals or replacement. Keep purchasing connected to deployment and the equipment lifecycle.

We can help manage equipment and software purchases, licence usage and renewals, delivery and asset lifecycles. The WebStore can support company catalogues, purchasing approvals and order tracking. Deployment and retirement requirements can also be considered so that the purchase fits how you manage technology across the business.

Managed IT Services

Explore fully managed or co-managed support. Agree who handles day-to-day issues, monitoring, maintenance and escalation alongside any internal IT team.

Support can cover service-desk enquiries, device provisioning and patching, identity and access administration, monitoring and service reporting. Fully managed and co-managed arrangements define which tasks we handle and which remain with your team, including escalation and coordination when an issue crosses those responsibilities.

Discuss a purchase, project or support need

Request a quote, ask for advice or discuss ongoing support. Briefly tell us what you need, what your team already handles and any important deadline. You do not need a finished technical specification to enquire.

Use the "Ask a question…" field to outline what you need. We can then discuss the details with you.
