SIMON DUCKWORTH, OBE DL
Non-Executive Chairman
Simon has held senior non-executive roles across the public and private sectors. He was Chairman of the Barings Targeted Return Fund for over a decade, served as a Non-Executive Director of Fidelity European Values plc for ten years, and has sat on the boards of several AIM-quoted companies, including Accumuli plc until its sale to NCC Group in 2015.
A Cambridge graduate, Simon has an extensive record of public service. He is a senior member of the City of London Corporation, has chaired the Economic Crime Board of the City of London Police, and previously served as Senior Non-Executive Board Member at the Serious Fraud Office. He remains an active senior Army reservist and was awarded an OBE for services to policing and public service.
Simon is Non-Executive Chairman of CloudCoCo Group plc and Chair of both the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
DARRON GIDDENS
Chief Financial Officer
Darron, previously Group Finance Director, was promoted to CFO in June 2021. Darron has been with the Group since 2009, having previously been at Trust House Forte Group, Boston Consulting Group and IDN Telecom Plc and has 25 years’ experience as a Finance Director in the IT/Telecoms sector. He qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant with Gan Life & Pensions plc and holds an MBA from Aston University.
