Darron Giddens

Chief Financial Officer

Having made the switch from the Financial Services industry, where he qualified as an Accountant, in 1994, Darron has operated as an extremely accomplished Finance Director in the IT and Telecommunications industry for 25 years.

Prior to his success at CloudCoCo during his time as Finance Director for Pinnacle, Darron oversaw the acquisition and integration of six private companies in the IT and Telecoms sectors into the Plc, these combined businesses subsequently being sold to Chess ICT Limited in 2016. As CloudCoCo’s Finance Director, Darron plays a key role in integrating and shaping the groups structure to enable healthy, enduring results. Additionally, Darron’s expertise and insight are vital in his role as Company Secretary for CloudCoCo Group Plc.

Peter Nailer

Managing Director

Peter joined CloudCoCo in 2019 and has since played an pivotal role in the growth and development of the Group’s trading businesses. Having held a number of senior roles across the business, including in marketing, commercial development and e-commerce, he now serves as Managing Director, leading Systems Assurance and More Computers with a focus on helping customers find the right IT hardware and technology solutions without unnecessary complexity.

Peter brings a broad mix of technical understanding and commercial experience to the role. Prior to joining CloudCoCo, he spent over 11 years at a leading IT Managed Services Provider, where he helped develop bid management capability and supported major new business opportunities. Peter is passionate about keeping things straightforward, delivering a great customer experience, and driving the business forward in a practical and innovative way.

Russell Bristow

Director of Commercial Strategy

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT and technology sector, Russell has built a career defined by scaling commercial operations and delivering sustained revenue growth at senior executive level. Prior to joining CloudCoCo, Russell served as the long-standing Chief Revenue Officer of a market-leading value-added reseller and managed service partner, where he built high-performing sales teams and drove multi-million-pound enterprise growth across B2B markets. As Director of Commercial Strategy, Russell is responsible for the strategic development of CloudCoCo’s Enterprise and B2B market position, designing and executing the commercial roadmap that underpins Project Brightstar and the businesses accelerated growth ambitions.

Deep is a proven sales leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience driving business growth across the IT channel, both in the UK and internationally, spanning cloud, cybersecurity, networking and managed services. Having co-founded a successful technology venture, Deep understands the commercial intensity needed to turn ambitious targets into delivered results. As Director of Revenue & Growth at CloudCoCo, Deep is responsible for accelerating top-line performance and driving business development, bringing entrepreneurial energy and relentless sales execution to the leadership team.
